What will a blue screen, or other error, that forces the system power off immediately (or fails to keep up) have meant to production of a P.C..

I have my thoughts on it, I was just wondering what you might think. Anyone, for instance debugger. Kind of like I know it meant something hardware, yet for discussion, the software operations done it. Well because software has error trapping. So that is strange, this subject. Yet it expresses something very fundamental.
