Windows certificate on Active directory

I have a windows 2008 CA server with 3 (DC1, DC2, DC3) windows DC. Those DC have all certificates from my CA server. Last week one of the DC3 got his certificate renew without me doing manually the renewal. The request was done by the server itself, DC3$ did the request. I have check the GPO to see if there was a auto enrollment but nothing.

My CA is a enterprise. How could a DC3 do the request renewal of the certificate itself.
