Raid 5 and Re-installing windows

Hello people

I have a Windows server 2016 which has 3 WD red's in (software) RAID-5. The server i experiencing some issues, so i'm going to do a clean re-install (my OS is on a different drive). I'm just not sure what will happen to my RAID config and if im going to lose all my data.

Hope you guys can tell me a bit more about what i can expect.
