VSS writers time out

Dear Team,

We have Acronis 12.5 installed in a physical machine server 2012r2. I have scheduled everyday 11.00 PM differential backup for this server (for all partition).

when checking the backup log most of the days the backup getting failed by saying Backup failed

Operating system error: The shadow copy provider had an error.

But sometimes backup successful aswell without changing anything (not even reboot).

We ran vssadmin list writers command and most of the time we saw timeout error for several writers. (please check failed writes details below).

If we restart the service according to the writers, then the issue will fix temporarily.

Please advise how I can fix this issue permanently.
