Windows Update slow to download / apply and Reboot !

Hi,

We find that for some Windows Server 2012R2 (Running as VM on vSphere), it is slow to download & install Windows Update.


Besides, when Windows Update(s) have been applied and click "Restart Server", it takes a long time before it is rebooted. Then it takes a pretty long time to apply patches.


Is there any specific reason or any way to speed up the process ?
