Prevent Admins to enable "User cannot change password" option during user creating.

Hi all.



During New User creating in AD Users and Computers, Domain Admin(or other person who can create users) can configure(put an enable/disable icon) some options like "User Cannot change password", "password never expires", "account is disable" and other.



So, how can I prevent Admins(or other person who can create users) to Enable "User cannot change password" option during user creating?

Or how can i Hide this option(make it gray)?
