Remote Desktop is disabled

Hi All,


We've been dealing with a issue in some servers in our environment. The Remote Desktop feature is disabled, as shown in the picture below:



I saw GPO, GPEdit.msc, I've created a regedit entry just like shown in this link: [Solved] RDP Authentication Error Function Requested Is Not Supported

But, nothing has solved my problem.


Could you guys please help me with this issue?
