get-netfirewallrule does not return all rules

Server 2012R2 with the latest updates.

Server has a GPO applied with custom inbound rules.

If I run get-netfirewallrule the GPO rules are not displayed.

Is this by design? Is there another way to view these rules in Powershell? I can view them in the GUI.
