Hi.
I have an older Dell Laptop on Windows 7 Professional with service pack 1 64 bit.
I use the laptop screen as display #1 (main display) and it works fine.
I have a Dell Monitor on the VGA port as display #2 and it works fine.
I have a gateway monitor using a USB to VGA adapter as display #3 and it won't go any higher than 800x600. The option to change is greyed out.
I'm officially at the end of my expertise. Any ideas appreciated.

- I have tried updating the drivers for the monitor, the display adapter, and the usb to vga adapter and the update tool says they are all up to date.
- I tried unplugging the adapter and plugging it back in.
- I changed the orientation from landscape to portrait and back again.
I'm officially at the end of my expertise. Any ideas appreciated.
