Multiple perflib errors in Event Viewer

I'm getting several errors in the Event Viewer about perfomance DLLs not working or missing. I did a spot check and most of them seem to exist, with the exception of C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSAS14.MSSQLSERVER\OLAP\bin\Counters\MSMDCTR140.DLL, though MSMDCTR.DLL does exist...

I have tried doing lodctr /r and it says it was successful but the errors do not go away, even after restarting. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be happening?
