Not able to get out of the Surface UEFI screen after trying the different sequences with power and volume up buttons

I had to wipe my surface pro 6 because i forgot my password and I misplaced the bitlocker key and no I can't get out of the UEFI screen....even after trying the power and volume up buttons. Can anyone help???? been at this for hours!
