My HP OfficeJet 6960 Pro printer is telling me ' Paper Out' when the tray is full of paper; I have tried every possible scenario to clear the problem and before I junk it ( its only 2 years old) and go for another brand ( they don't seem to last too long before breaking down anyway) I thought that I would at least make one last try to find someone who might be able to help me solve the issue.
