Windows 10 File Explorer doesn't appear as an option to unzip files

File Explorer doesn't appear as an option to unzip files. I checked the default app settings and all that appears is a prompt to go to the windows play store to download an app for unzipping files. I reset all the default app settings to see if it was hiding somewhere but it never appeared. Ran a system file check through the elevated command prompt with the command: sfc /scannow. It did not find any violations. I also ran the DISM command: dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. I got the all clear, with a message saying that there was no corruption to be found. But I still can't extract zip files, and file explorer continues to be nonexistent as an option. What else can I do to make file explorer exist and work?

I did step 2 and ran the power shell command. I ended up with this red text:
