Cannot connect my client to my server. AD DC for the domain could not be contacted!

I've got some trouble when I am trying to add my client to my domain. It just gives me the domain cannot be contacted error.

The error code is: 0x0000232B RCODE_NAME_ERROR

Someone please help!
