query session and query user command issue if username length is more than 20 Character

Hello,

I have logged in as Administrator and running "query session" command. It is not showing RDP session information for username length more than 20 character. Even when user is already having active RDP session.

I tried "query user <username>" too and it is returning "No User exists" error.

Did any one else faced this issue? Is there any solution for it?
