Dual boot (Win10, Win2012R2) is prompting for BitLocker recovery key when booting into non-default OS

I got dual boot workstation (Win10 Enterprise, Windows Server 2012 R2). Both OS's are on separate disks and corresponding partitions on the disk where OS is installed are encrypted with Bitlocker.

The Boot.ini details are

Windows 10 (C:\WINDOWS) Default OS

Windows 2012 R2 (F:\Windows)

Until a month ago, I could boot into both Operations Systems without any issues but after OS patching of Windows10, it now prompts for BitLocker Recovery Key everytime I boot into Win2012R2 (no issues with booting into Win10).

Would it be possible that some security update on Win10 is preventing TPM module to save recovery keys or something else is preventing it and needs reset of something ?

I would prefer to not to de-crypt and re-encrypt the disks (though I got the BitLocker recovery keys for both disks).
