MDR crash

Hi Guys,

I have bacis question that I would like to understand the reason why windows server's mdr crashed?

Because of OS patching ? We have couple of windows 2012 R2/2008 R2 server was crush and we rebuild mdr and fix the problem.

Which update cause for mdr crush? I cant find i from windows server event viewers
