Windows Server 2012 R2 - update TLS to 1.3

Hello!

I need to enable TLS 1.3 on my server, but after searching, there is no documentation I was able to find on how to do this. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

I've seen many posts from mid-2019 stating that 2012 R2 don't support TLS 1.3 - is that still the case?
