Microsoft Store Error Code: 0x80070003 Trying to download Halo Master Chief Collection, download stops at 4.7gb and gives error.

I am trying to download Halo Master Chief Collection from the microsoft store/xbox beta app and every time the download reaches 4.7gb it stops and gives error code 0x80070003. This code doesn't help much to diagnose the problem at all as it can apply in multiple different occasions making finding a solution difficult. I have reproduced this problem 4-5 times now. I have tried repairing, resetting, reinstalling, restarting windows store and the beta app, tried updating windows, my windows is up to date. Everything has been fine up until now with this title.
