Slow cold boots up to 83063 ms with new PC on Windows 10

Detox_092

I have a fairly new PC (about 5 month old) and I got really slow cold boots (boots after the pc was switched off for a while). I already tried a clean reboot, and deactivated everything in the autostart tab of the taskmanager that isn't coming from windows itself, I ran Malwarebytes to check for malware and nothing came up, I did a system check with sfc /scannow, started using an offline profile instead of a microsoft account but nothing really helped.

The error message from the event viewer looks as follows:

The point OtherLogonInitActivityDuration is taking up a lot of the boot time with 59672 ms.
