PCI Express Root Port error "The specified request is not a valid operation for the target device": Code 31

Hello.


I was recently running Device Manager so I could update my graphics card until I noticed that one of my system devices had an attention sign on it. I checked on it, giving me the whole error:

"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"

It's problem status is above on the subject, and the whole image is shown below.

I searched through the details, and I was only able to find the problem code below:


0000001F


Then, on the Events tab, I found another timestamp with the description.

15/06/2019 10:08:19 Device not started (pci)


Device PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1426&SUBSYS_398817AA&REV_00\3&2411e6fe&0&21 had a problem starting.


Driver Name: pci.inf

Class Guid: {4d36e97d-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

Service: pci

Lower Filters:

Upper Filters:

Problem: 0x1F

Problem Status: 0xC0000010


In the resources tab, the resource settings wrote:

"This device isn't using any resources because it has a problem."



I could not find anything else apart from the ones above.
