Windows Server 2016 is connected to internet with a static WAN address.
Server is responding to PING requests against WAN address.
A shared folder is created.
Questions: What is the best practice to make this share folder accessible for anyone who has credentials to mount a share regardless of client's location /geographical location, ISP or Firewall settings. I mean on client side who want to access this shared folder would able to access share like this:
net use N: \\ServerIP\ShareName /User:AdminUser AdminPassword
Note: This shared folder can be created on Windows 10 as well, if that simplifies the procedure (no need to have ADDS to access this share).
