Cumulative update constantly failing and constant 100% disk usage

These issues began yesterday 3/13/20. The update, "2020-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4551762)" has failed every time I try to install it with the error code, "0x80071160". When this issue began my disk drive also went up to 100% with little change. I restarted my pc multiple times but both issues persisted. Could anyone help me, please?
