Windows 8 to 8.1 upgrade stuck on 82%

I got a hand-me-down computer that was on Windows 8, when I upgraded it 8.1 the “setting up” thing is stuck on 82%. I searched and a lot of them said to unplug my charger, I did, still 82%. More searching, nothing. So now I have a Lenovo Laptop that is on Windows 8, in the process of upgrading to 8.1, unplugged, stuck on 82%
