Ethernet controller drivers

I did a clean install of Windows XP on an IBM 8085 desktop. The Ethernet Controller properties indicate no drivers installed. I downloaded what I thought were the right drivers from the Lenovo website but the installation failed. I posted on the Lenovo Forum but received no response. Can anyone advise on how I can get drivers for this PC?
