Integrated Bluetooth Flickering

ArnaudB.1

Hello,

I recently have a serious issue with my Desktop PC. After it crashed (due to overheating I think) the Bluetooth Card is only recognized temporarily and flickers on and off. I can see that Windows tells me device plugged-in and then it disappears to reappear a second later.

When I go to Device Manager it also flickers and one time shows Bluetooth and one time it doesn't. The strange thing is that the Bluetooth chip is integrated into the Motherboard, so I can't plug it in or out of the computer.

I tried updating the drivers through Microsoft Update, trough Intel's app, uninstalling the device, and even disabling it in the BIOS before enabling it again but nothing helps.

The Device Manager stops flickering when I disable the Bluetooth device inside the Device Manager.

My Motherboard is the Asrock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac.

I also tried to update the driver from the Asrock website, but the driver version is older than the one updated by Microsoft Update.

Could someone tell me how I could solve this issue?
