Hi Guys!
Recently, I have created two load balanced DirectAccess servers. The configuration went well, and there are clients who can connect to DA, I see them on the connected client list. But there are clients who cannot. I did some troubleshooting, I have a collection of troubleshooting commands, but they all showed the right outputs, which straight to the right working. Besides that they stuck in Connecting status. For example my computer.
I brought my computer to connect to DA, if I turned off the domain firewall on the servers, I uninstalled the ESET Security on my computer, and also disabled the Windows firewall, BUT, and here comes the interesting part, the previously connected clients are missing and then they become to stuck in Connecting. It is interesting that they also have ESET Security with the same policies than on me. It is an important information because I thought it is firewall, but there clients which can connect with the same firewall. I thought about OS, because who can connect are more or less Windows 8.1, but yesterday I saw a computer, which Windows 10, with ESET Security, and can connect. So I am already lost what could be the problem.
My last thougt is the difference between the type of laptops.
The working ones are Lenovo L440, and the bads are Lenovo L470.
Connected users:
My status, says: Connecting
Some commands and the outputs:
IP-HTTPS interface got the IP address...and can connect to the 443 port:
Get-DnsClientNrptPolicy output:
I am sorry because it is in Hungarian language.
All in all, I would be happy if you can help me out, where to go next with troubleshooting.
Thanks you in advance!
Sincerely,
Roland Szabó
