microsoft security ?

I have managed to enter my Microsoft account with my username and password fine but as soon as it sends me to use windows hello and re-verify that it is me through windows security i have two different pins sent to me by Microsoft which are both apparently incorrect and if i click on forgotten my pin, it gives me advice but i cant find how to get a new pin or how to get a new one sent to me! can anyone help?
