Task Scheduler Running on Days Not Selected

We have a scheduled task that runs Mon-Fri each week. About a month ago it began to also run on Sunday, which is causing problems. I have made changes to the task and saved it again and also have deleted the task and recreated it. However it continues to execute on Sunday. We have other tasks that run Mon-Fri that don't have this issue. We are beyond mystified. Anybody have any suggestions or similar experiences?
