I have a friend trying to upgrade my laptop to windows 10 but he can not login in with my email and password! He noticed the email address has a mistake in it , it should show *** Email address is removed for privacy *** not *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and old password does not work! He is using his desktop computer to contact you. I changed my Microsoft account today to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and the password! He tried using the new password and it still does not let me log in. It say go to accountlive.com to fix but that does not work! Please help. Could you please send answer to his Microsoft account at *** Email address is removed for privacy *** Thank you.
