I tried to upgrade my Win 7 to 10. It continually got stuck at the checking if I'm ready to install screen. I cancelled and it got stuck on the cleaning up screen and I had to reboot to get rid of it. I did the research and uninstalled my anti-virus, clean booted, ran checkdisk and sfc scan, installed an update I didn't know hadn't installed, and unplugged my peripherals, but still it got stuck on those screens. I tried several times including from a disk rather than the online tool. I also ran the setup diagnostic tool. Here is the log file:
SetupDiag was unable to match to any known failure signatures.

Thanks.
