Hi, I have purchased my computer a long time ago and had this issue for many years. Now with a bit more free time I think I should get it fixed. So that I can update to windows 10. I am using windows 7 home premium. I have used a CC cleaner before and i'm not sure if it might have messed up my registry. Last time I can remember using my computer without these errors was probably back in 2014 before windows 10 update.
So my windows is stated as not genuine which pop ups here an there saying that its not asking me to fix it. The websites it tells me to follow are too old and not supported anymore and the software doesn't seem to work anymore. The windows activation technologies, I have tried many times with it just getting stuck and not doing anything. I have tried many many things to get it fixed in the past to no avail. So I thought i'd just ask.
Known Issues:

I fear I might of this whole time had a counterfeit product, however I have my doubts because my windows has worked fine in the past with no "not genuine" errors.
My question is if you can help me get my windows set to genuine so that I can upgrade to windows 10.
