Blue Screen 0x00000133 and HAL.dll error

Hello everyone, please help me, I ran into a problem with BSOD in windows server 2016 since 2019, At that time, it's just happened sometime and I didn't care about that. But come over 2020, It made me headache with twice a day, especially it's happened often at midnight and don't know how to get rid of it. Sorry about my English since I'm from Viet Nam
