Blue screen errors

I have brand new parts so everything should be running fine. The first day I ran the computer for the first time everything was functioning fine no errors or anything of the sort. The only app I installed was League of Legends and that ran perfectly fine. The next day I installed some other apps (steam/CSGO, Minecraft, Twitch, Discord) all these apps are popular apps and I downloaded all from their official sites, so there should be no problems with anything. Soon after I started getting errors, a random restart every now and then with a blue screen and an error code. I didn't think it would be a persistent problem but then it kept happening more and more. I tried reinstalling windows and everything all the troubleshooting options sfc scan, memory diagnostic, and all of that junk, none of that worked. Now I could barely reinstall league after it crashed several times when I tried to install it. PC is still crashing and when I try to play the game I have like 12 frames and less (used to have high framerate around 140+). I don't know what to do or how to solve this anymore so I am reaching out for help been spending the past 2 weeks troubleshooting and trying to figure everything out yet nothing has worked.

what I have found out:
info:all parts of my pc are compatible and new, only external hardware is mouse, keyboard, and monitor, it was running fine on initial boot up so there should be no reason that there is a problem with hardware, all parts are detected by the pc and listed properly, crashes randomly after opening any app instantly or after a little bit of time, crashing from doing nothing as well, sometimes fails to restart and restarts again, rarely but sometimes will shut down by itself, screen freezing, seems to get worse the more I try to wipe and reinstall windows (not sure why but restoro says my chipset has -1MB that seems like the only thing that seems weird about hardware not really sure what this means or if this is a glitch or what)
memtest: no errors
memory diagnostic tool: suggests it's a hardware issue
sfc scan: picks up nothing and notices nothing wrong after I fixed registry errors
windows log: event viewer: system: event IDs: error 1001, critical 41, error 6008, warning 10016, error 29
windows log: event viewer: application: event ID: error 8198
