Video Files are Displayed as Blank Icons but it Works on Tablet and Laptop but Can't Be Detected by TV

Here's my problem. I download episodes on my tablet (From gogoanime) since it doesn't work on my laptop for some reason. It's playable on my tablet and whHere's my problem. I download episodes on my tablet since it doesn't work on my laptop for some reason. It's playable on my tablet and when I transfer it to my laptop, it's fine as well. However, when I transfer it to my flashdrive, the tv can't scan the episode at all. I checked on the Properties and this is what it said:

Now, I tried video converters, I tried the online ones and even downloaded a video converter, but none of them can support my file. I can't convert it to a different format since it can't be supported by the converters at all. The video file just looks like a a blank sheet of paper, so it's not obvious that it's a video file. How do I fix it so I can play it in my tv? Help please, thanks.
