OK let me start from the begining..... After I brought my laptop I installed 2 amdroid emulator. One is "Game loop" and another is "LD player". 1st day I installed Game loop, it ran smoothly, I played games.. after facing some issues next day I uninstalled it then I installed LD player. I also played games smoothly here without facing any kind of issues. After a week I reset my PC then I reinstalled LD player. After successful installation when I ran it this pop up message (1st pic) showed up. I have no idea what does it mean. Can you see the icon on taskbar? this thing showed the error pop up. I reinstalled LD player but nothing happend. After searching on google I came to know that there is something called Virtual box which I have to enable. I went to BIOS menu and saw that INTEL Virtualization technology is enabled. then why does this happend? how can I resolve it? I used to run LD player before resetting my PC then what's the problem now?

I downloaded a software to check if this is enabled or not. But it says not supported (Pic-2)
