Does not allow me to create a child domain: Where is the Error?

Hello Dears,

I have a domain controller DC-01..I want to create a child domain from DC-02. but it does not allow me and always ask me to supply a valid credential. I already did. DC-01 administrator and its password but still does not work..any idea?

PS: I uploaded DC-02 network configuration.
