So I've had this problem earlier already but restarting the device used to help. Now it doesn't. Any mouse that I plug in gets recognized, the bottom right corner message, which says something like "USB-Mouse is being set up", then, a couple of seconds later, it tells me that it finished but I can't move the mouse. I've tried wireless mice too, nothing new. My mouse gets powered and is on the device list of "Bluetooth and other devices". Something that might be related: in Device Manager under "Mice and other pointing devices" I have 11 "HID-compliant mouse". I have a graphics tablet and using it to move the cursor works but is not optimal.
Attempted solutions:
Rebooting (worked before, now it doesn't)
Plugging in other mice (mice don't work, keyboards and graphics tablets do)
Deleting all drivers from device manager (when I scanned for hardware changes all the 11 drivers came back)
Also plugging it out added one HID-compliant mouse in device manager and plugging it back in gave me another one.
Solutions would be appreciated.
Edit: I Have Windows 10 dual boot with Ubuntu (Windows 10 installed first) and while i'm in Ubuntu my mouse worked perfectly.
