hey all any help would be greatly appreciated.

I updated with the new windows update (1909) for x64 based and now the comp will not recognize my camera. GENESYS LOGIC USB 2.0 UVC PA CAMERA. I tried everything from updating drivers, uninstalling, searching for new software, shutting of camera to install, keeping camera on to install.

it says that its installed but shut right off after plugging it in. DOES NOT show up in device manager. image device DOES NOT show up in device manager. It also doesn't show up in DEVICES AND PRINTERS.

I also uninstalled the updates with no luck.

someone has to know how to fix this

thanks
