Password problem

Hi, I had a computer a couple years ago connected to my Microsoft Account it has my email. Today I tried to log back in but I can't remember the password I had back then. When I try to put the password I have now it says "your PC is offline. Please sign in with the last password used on this PC", the computer is also connected to the WIFI. I don't know what to so. HELP
