I have older pictures stored on a disc in a jpeg file format.
Have been able to open them previously, can not now.
it comes back up as " windows photo viewer can't open because photo viewer doesn't support this file format , or you don't have the latest updates to photo viewer".
I have updated the viewer and still does not work.
Ideas?
