Server Upgrade Lost Windows Activation

After I migrated the boot drive from the old server to the new one I lost my Windows Server 2016 Standard Activation, and just want to know how to get it reactivated. It says it still has the key, but that it is invalid because it belongs to another machine, any help would be fantastic, Thanks!
