Usb headphone not working. error code 28

Hello. I have a KLIM headset that worked fine until last month when I updated AMD radeon graphic card. I get error code 28. the device shows in other devices with KLIM with error triangle. I have tried uninstalling and updating the radeon drivers using the amd clean utility. updating the realtek drivers thinking there's a conflict. removed the KLIM headset through regedit so windows does not know it was ever installed.

that's the event information in the properties tab.

I tried googling the first line for info but no luck.


update: I have tried uninstalling and reinstalled klim drivers many times. the headset should work with the windows drivers.

headset works fine on windows 10 laptop
