I deleted the microsoft store and settings file

I wanted to clear up some space and then I deleted the files for Microsoft store and settings file in %appdata% and then local is there anyway to get them back? Here is a picture of when I open bluetooth settings, I don't have the normal settings app cause it deleted with its file8ead63fb-0e78-405a-83e2-16bd96c70c4a?upload=true.png
