On our Windows Server 2016, we have a issue with SNMP Service.
The background is that we installed a server monitoring tool (JP1) and it monitors the server resources using SNMP.
But currently the monitoring function is not working properly.
At this morment, we found that Windows SNMP service for 32bit seems not running on the server although SNMP service for 64bit seems running.
The monitoring process has the dependency with Windows SNMP Service and this is the cause not to work the monitoring function properly.
As our understanding, 2 processes of snmp.exe should be running for the 64bit and 32bit, but only one snmp.exe (seems for 64bit) is running in the target server.
In Services window, The status of SNMP Service is "Running".
May we have any idea to solve for this issue?
Kindly advice us necessary info for you to investigate.
