Hi,
In the company that i work, we need to implement a licensing infrastructure. We need to activate windows server OS (Windows 2012 r2 and later) on two different and segregated domains, and on non-domain-joined machines, so our choice will relay on KMS instead of the newer ADBA. Because we want to put the server in a management/security zone where the servers are not domain-joined, our doubt is, can we add the KMS role to a non-domain-joined machine?
Also, we want to avoid having to install 3 different licensing server, one ADBA server per domain and one kms for the non-domain-joined servers.
Regards,
João Baleizão
