SetInformationJobObject in Windows Server 2012

I'm trying to set CPU limit for my process with kernel32.dll and SetInformationJobObject process. And i'm having an error "The request is not supported", but there is no information about it in the internet or in technical documentation.
Can you help me to clearify what does it mean?
