PC Stuck In Recovery Mode

Hi,


My PC seems to be stuck in recovery mode and I can't seem to boot it.


This is the error message




I can't seem to do a hard shut down as well since the same blue screen appears right after the Lenovo logo disappears.


I also have a CD that came with the computer. I'm not too sure if this is the required installation media but it doesn't do anything even after I put it inside my computer.

Would like to know if there's anything I can do to fix this, thank you in advance!
