OneNote 2004 upgrade

Hi. Does anyone know how to take an old tablet, running Windows XP tablet version and OneNote2004 and either (1) transfer the information in the old form to a newer version of OneNote, or (2) transfer the Windows XP tablet version to a newer tablet, and still be able to run OneNote 2004 with its basic notebook structure (and also to still be able to utilize its handwriting to text function on the Input Panel?)
