Rundll error loading

At startup, had error message about error loading a program related to
Symantec and support. The address ended in tgctlcm.dll

Yesterday, I tried to resolve an issue with Norton Anti-Virus 2007. I
attempted to enter their chatroom but cancelled.

I have already located one program loaded and I removed it.

I have run AVG free and Adaware free and they say my PC is good to go.

I tried to search for the specific address listed in the error message, but
could not locate.

Please advised

Rundll32.exe is a quite common way of executing code within the dll library.
So, some software vendors might use this way, and this should not scare you.
However, the fact that rundll32.exe could not load the module means that you
need to contact Symantec and tell them about the problem.

Also, you have to keep in mind, that some of the malware programs, more
specifically, adwares uses rundll32.exe to execute their dlls.
